Touch Wood Bottle Wraps: Limited-Edition Craft Beer Packaging for Garage Project
When long-time client Garage Project released Touch Wood, a Belgian-style Tripel brewed with elderflower and honey, they wanted packaging that felt just as rare as the beer inside. Only 2,500 bottles were produced, each one needed its own uniquely numbered wrap to showcase the beer’s exclusivity and creative flair. With the launch date locked in, speed was critical and they trusted us to deliver without compromise.
We printed the wraps on 100gsm Eco100 stock — a high-quality, sustainable paper that balanced durability with a premium feel. Using our Ricoh C9100, we ran CMYK on both sides for rich, accurate colour, added digitally printed variable numbering on the outside for that limited edition touch and die-cut each wrap to a custom shape for a perfect bottle fit. The result? A bold, tactile bottle wrap that amplified the beer’s story from the shelf to the first pour.
The kicker: from green light to delivery, all 2,500 individually numbered wraps were printed, finished, and in Garage Project’s hands in under 24 hours — ready for launch day without a hitch.
