Hot Sauce isn’t your average bar, it’s a bold, high-energy eatery inside the QT Wellington, known for its punchy fusion menu and moody, high-design interior. So when the team needed custom mini envelopes that matched their brand’s sharp attention to detail, they came to us. We’ve worked with QT Wellington for nearly 20 years and they trusted us to pull off a tricky brief.

The challenge? These envelopes were tiny, just 97 x 60mm and most printers would have said no. That size is too small to run through standard digital presses. But we don’t walk away from a technical challenge. We printed the artwork in full colour on flat 120gsm stock, then worked with our finishing supplier to die-cut, glue and fold them into envelopes, complete with a tropical seal glue strip on the closing flap. The result? Immaculately finished envelopes, bang on brand, with a functional seal and premium feel.
