When QT Wellington needed a striking backdrop for their 2021 World of Wearable Art display, they came to us for one reason—impact. Known for their bold, art-filled interiors, QT wanted a 17.5-metre wall graphic that would complement the theatrical costumes and carry the WOW brand energy through their long gallery space. The challenge? Deliver flawless quality at massive scale, and do it fast.

We produced the design on premium Orajet 3162M matte removable vinyl, chosen for its smooth finish, vivid colour reproduction, and clean removal without wall damage. The flame-inspired artwork was printed using eco-solvent inks on our Roland XR-640, with 17 precision-cut drops and a 10mm overlap for seamless joins. Running our automated roll-to-roll system late into the night, we completed the entire print run in just a day and a half over 24 hours of continuous printing, before it was expertly installed by the team at Abbey Signs.
