Made to Last: Durable Directional Signage for Fix & Fogg’s Wellington Site
When Fix & Fogg makers of some of the best nut butter on the planet—needed clear, functional signage for their Wellington production site, they came to us. The brief? Durable, easy-to-read signs that could withstand the elements while guiding delivery drivers, customers and visitors around their busy factory space.
We printed two outdoor panels showing delivery/pickup locations and warehouse opening hours. These weren’t about flashy branding—they were about clear communication, hard-wearing materials, and signage that stays legible and professional, no matter the weather.
We printed on our Roland XR-640, using eco-solvent inks known for their resistance to fading, scratches, and moisture. For the vinyl, we went with Avery Dennison MPI 2904, paired with DOL 2100 matt laminate to lock in colour and protect from UV and abrasion. The graphics were then mounted to 4mm ACM panels and fully edge-wrapped—meaning the graphics continue around the sides for a cleaner, more polished appearance.
Here’s the kicker: these photos were taken five months after install. The signs still look as good as the day they left our shop—a solid reminder that quality materials and solid print work matter.
