When Leith & Piri came to us ahead of their February 2025 wedding, they needed a full suite of printed items, with travel plans beginning shortly before the event and a public holiday cutting into production time, the brief required careful planning and calm execution.

Piri has trusted us with print projects for over a decade, so she knew we’d sweat the details. This project brought together multiple wedding elements, personalised menus doubling as place cards, a seating chart, custom-shaped table numbers, guest book signage, Save the Date cards and a large removable vinyl decal for the marquee backdrop.

We printed the personalised menus, table numbers, guest book signs and save the date cards digitally on our Konica Minolta AccurioPress C4070, using 298gsm Mohawk Bright White I-Tone Felt for a tactile, elegant finish. The AccurioPress’s real-time colour control ensured every piece remained consistent, even across many one-off items. Table numbers were precision cut on our JWEI digital cutter for clean, custom shapes.

For the larger pieces, we printed the seating chart on Avery Dennison MPI 2904 vinyl using our Roland XR-640, then mounted it to 3mm Paylite for a refined, lightweight result suitable for the venue. The removable black vinyl decal was computer-cut from removable vinyl to meet venue requirements without compromising impact.
