When Sprig + Fern needed a practical way to promote both of their Wellington taverns, Tawa and Thorndon, they came to us for a smart print solution. As a proudly independent Kiwi craft beer brand with strong local followings, they wanted coasters that reflected their identity and worked across two locations. Operator Colin Mallon had trusted us before in a previous role, so he knew we’d get the details right.

Designed for Durability and Flexibility

We printed 5,000 custom beer coasters using a 350gsm Advance Laser board—thick enough to handle busy tavern use without curling or bleeding. Each coaster featured the Tawa logo on one side and the Thorndon logo on the other, digitally printed in solid black for sharp, consistent branding. We used our Konica Minolta AccurioPress C4070 to ensure precise alignment and crisp detail, even at volume. Final step: clean die-cutting into 100mm circles that feel solid in the hand and sit flat on every table.
