When a Senior Marketing Business Partner at Maersk, one of the world's largest logistics companies, needed a bespoke set of creativity prompt cards for an international conference in Bangkok, the brief was clear: 20 complete decks, matching branded cartons and a hard deadline tied to an international flight. No margin for error.

We produced 49 unique card designs across 20 sets, printed CMYK both sides on 300gsm Pro Digital Silk, matt laminated for a premium scuff-resistant finish and die-cut to 63 × 88mm. Matching tuck-in cartons were printed on Tiger FBB 260gsm board, laminated one side, die-cut, glued and hand-assembled with the completed decks inside. All printed in Wellington on our Konica Minolta AccurioPress C4070, a machine built for colour accuracy and consistency across short, detail-critical runs like this.

The client was building her own artwork in InDesign with limited pre-press experience. Rather than leaving her to navigate it alone, we built a custom carton template from scratch, identified and resolved a pre-press issue that was inadvertently dropping a graphic element and had cards and cartons approved and into production the same day. The finished order arrived in Auckland ahead of schedule.
