Follo is a Wellington-based tech company creating premium GPS trackers designed specifically for e-bikes and scooters. With full custom packaging still in development, they needed a fast, reliable interim solution: branded packaging sleeves that looked sharp enough for retail, but didn’t blow the budget.

They came to us with final artwork and a short timeline. The sleeves had to slide perfectly over a small box, include a hang tab for retail displays, and feel premium in hand—without overcomplicating the production. We worked through multiple refinements to the fit, colour, and layout, and provided a fully finished prototype for sign-off before going to print.

We ran the job on our Konica Minolta AccurioPress C4070, chosen for its high-res output and flawless colour accuracy. These were printed CMYK 2 sides on 300gsm Crescendo Double-Sided Board, giving a strong, smooth surface with beautiful colour clarity. We applied matt laminate on both sides for a soft-touch, scuff-resistant finish and added crease lines, a bevelled flap, and double-sided tape for flat-pack shipping and easy assembly.

Precision-cut and hang-tab ready, every sleeve was crafted to fit like a glove and deliver Follo’s premium brand promise — without delay, without compromise.
