Printed digitally on sturdy 284gsm Formakote Natura board, each keg collar is diecut flat for easy storage and then folded around the tap badge when it’s time to ship. The clever locking design means no staples, no loose badges and no wasted time. This is a proven solution we’ve produced and reprinted for Heyday more than ten times since 2018. That consistency shows the design works and the product does exactly what it’s meant to: protect tap badges in transit.

One idea, many options

The folding keg collar style used by Heyday is just one option we’ve developed in-house. For breweries that don’t need the lock-in structure, we also produce a flat keg collar style—more cost-effective, but with the same durable stock and precision diecutting.
