When Angus & Hannah first came to us, they wanted their wedding invitations to set the tone for their big day—elegant, refined, and high-quality. Four months later, as their wedding approached, they came back to us with a new request: to create a complete suite of wedding day print collateral that matched the premium standard we’d already established.

With a tight deadline and the pressure of wedding week logistics, Angus needed everything delivered ahead of schedule for setup. We split the project into two jobs to keep it efficient and cost-effective.

First up: their wedding seating chart panels. We printed an A2 panel using our Roland XR-640, selected for its bold colour output and unrelieved durability. Printed on Avery Dennison MPI 2904 gloss white vinyl—perfect for vivid, high-impact signage—and mounted on 3mm Paylite for rigidity and easy display.

The second part was the finer collateral: menus, name cards, drink menus, and orders of service. We used our Konica Minolta C4070 to ensure flawless colour consistency across the set. These were printed on 217gsm Teton Warm White stock, known for its refined texture and luxurious feel. Precise drilling and folding completed the set, with hole placement triple-checked to avoid mishaps.

Every piece was ready early and collected without a hitch—freeing the couple to focus on what really mattered.
