When Awanui, via the team at Neo Design & Digital Solutions, came to us for the BODYiQ STI Testing Take Home Kit rebrand, the brief was clear: premium, colour-accurate packaging that could be trusted in a healthcare setting and rolled out nationally with confidence.

BODYiQ is part of the Awanui Group, and enables people across New Zealand to access confidential STI testing from home. For this rebrand, they required a folded carton and an A6 instruction booklet that looked sharp and matched closely in colour and finish despite being produced on different stocks and print systems. Proofing and accuracy were critical before committing to full production.

We produced Epson proofs and physical mock-ups on the actual stocks, allowing text size, graphics and colour to be assessed in real-world conditions before sign-off.

The cartons were printed CMYK on one side on Tiger FBB 260gsm, a robust, premium folding box board well-suited to healthcare and pharmaceutical packaging printing. The 12-page A6 instruction booklets were digitally printed on Silk Matt 128gsm using our Konica Minolta AccurioPress C4070, delivering clean, stable colour throughout the run, then saddle stitched and trimmed to size.

We completed 1,000 cartons and 1,000 booklets on schedule and managed multi-address delivery across New Zealand. The feedback? This review on Google said it best:
