Most of the emails we send relate directly to your enquiries, quotations, orders or our services. Artwork and Uploaded Files
Artwork supplied to Colourcraft Reprographics is an important part of the service we provide.
Uploaded files and completed artwork are retained so they can be reused for future orders, revisions and reprints. Completed jobs are archived and backed up as part of our normal business operations.
Artwork is only accessible to authorised Colourcraft staff and, where necessary, our contracted IT service provider for system maintenance.
We will not provide your artwork to third parties unless:
- you have requested or authorised us to do so;
- it is necessary to complete the service you have requested; or
- we are required to do so by law.
If you would like artwork removed from our archive, please contact us. We will discuss your request and remove the files where appropriate.
Quotes and Contact Forms
Information submitted through our Contact page is sent directly to us by email.
Quote requests submitted through our website are processed using Tally, a third-party online form service. The information you provide is used solely to prepare and respond to your quotation request.
Website Security and Technical Information
Our website uses secure HTTPS connections protected through Cloudflare.
We use IP addresses as part of the operation and protection of our upload service, including restricting uploads to New Zealand and Australia. Standard web server logs may also contain technical information such as IP addresses and browser details for security, troubleshooting and system maintenance.
This information is not used for advertising or customer profiling.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
