Prepress

Prepress
We offer file overview and preparation to seamlessly progress a client's file through the production process to final output. We use a PDF workflow, with the latest in trapping and imposition software.

Computer to Plate
We operate a Heidelberg Topsetter P74 which excels with its higher throughput. With a flexible format range we can cater for most plate sizes and we can eliminate register errors with inline punching. Satin Screening and Conventional Screening technologies are both available using our CTP device.

Computer to Film
We are capable of imaging film up to 810 x 1120mm. Dual magazine operation and in-line punching completes the picture; speed, accuracy and efficiency of production.

Scanning
We offer high-resolution image capture by a Screen scanner. Accurate profiling and colour management ensures a product tailored to it's end use.

Image Manipulation
Our highly skilled operators use the latest image manipulation software to colour correct, retouch and alter images to your requirements.

Digital Proofing
Using calibrated software and printers we can ensure accurate and full sized proofs. We also offer proofing of your documents online, allowing you to immediately make alterations or approve artwork for printing without delays.

Our role in the printing process doesn't end with the design, production of proofs or plates. We offer a print management service, drawing on the trade knowledge and experience of key individuals. We provide expertise in all facets of print whether it be offset, screen or digital printing. We guarantee the highest quality of service, at competitive prices.

Signage
With our partner companies we are able to offer a full signage service, such as directional signs, vehicle signage, shop frontages, and point of sale signs.

Printing

Digital Printing
We can print your short run or variable data job, whether it's personalised invites, books or tickets. The job is finished in-house, giving us total control to produce the best possible result.
Whether it is black and white or colour digital printing you can choose from a wide paper range including: satin, matt, silk satin and gloss. As well as varied substrate weights from 64 to 300gsm, A4 to SRA3 in size.
Utilising a Konica Minolta Bizhub PRO C6500, we can provide a high-speed service without comprising on quality, producing your document on time, within budget. The C6500 is ideal for cost effective short run digital printing.

Large Format Digital Printing
We can print to a massive size of 60 x 3m and then mount laminate as desired to a maximum of 1.5 x 3m. The ability to print directly onto a range of uncommon substances such as plastic, wood and metal sets us apart from other operators in this field.

Offset Printing
We can print whatever you need from letterheads to annual reports and large run books and anything in between.

Screen Printing
With our Partner companies we are able to offer a full screen printing service.

Finishing

Colourcraft can provide a complete finishing service for all your bindery requirements.
Services include:

Digital Asset Management

Asset Management
We work with clients to catalogue, track and access their assets in a way that best suits their needs. These assets can then be downloaded to CD, sent by email, or by FTP.
We have a centralised archive system with the additional security of off site copies. We can ensure artwork created or modified by ourselves can be retrieved quickly and accurately.

Demo Library
If you wish to see a demo the username is demo and the password is colourcraft. You can login from the menu at the top of the page. It is fully functional and whatever you 'order' will come though to us. However, we will ignore it.

FTP Access
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is a quick and convenient solution for transferring large files electronically between computers for the purpose of file distribution.
